Upload a high quality photo (taken from your phone camera usually works great) photo of your pet. We will be using the exact image you provide, so pick the photo you think will look best.

We recommend:

• Photo taken at eye-level with your pet.
• Have your pet facing the camera, or at a slight angle.
• No collar
• Both ears inside the frame

Lighting:

It is best not to take a photo in direct sunlight on a sunny day as too much light can bounce off your pet's head or face and the image can become “blown out”. This makes it harder to make your image blend into the design. On the flip-side, photographs that are too dark can lose a lot of detail. Try to take your photograph in natural light during the day.

No. We emphasize that customers are happy with the photo they have uploaded to us. This includes making sure the fur color is accurate in your photo. We use the same colors and positions so you know exactly what to expect.

Our current standard turnaround time is approximately 3-4 weeks. This varies based on demand. You can rush your order and it will arrive in 10-14 days.

Because all our portraits are personalized, we do not offer refunds. Your portrait is made using quality materials and shipped with sturdy packaging materials to protect your artwork. However, if your design arrives damaged in any way, all you have to do is clearly photograph the damaged part of the print and email the photo to us (cs@). We will reprint and send you a new one.
